We are experienced in providing training consultancy over a wide range of knowledge and skill areas. We develop frameworks to assess needs, propose and design training options, arrange and manage delivery and evaluate the effectiveness of the training.

We can assist organisations in the planning and development of Quality Assurance systems and human resource strategies to support training and development and achievement of Quality Marks.

All our consultancy and training programmes are evaluated rigorously. We negotiate with our client the criteria that they would wish to use to measure our performance. The client will indicate the relative importance of each of those criteria and indicate satisfaction levels against them as the programme progresses. This ensures that we can be proactive in providing a level of service that meets with the needs of our client.
