evaluating effectiveness

Clarifying the purpose of training and the business benefits expected are key factors in our initial planning process. This allows evaluation criteria to be identified and data to be collected as an integral part of any training programme.

Information from an evaluation process is reviewed at key points throughout the programme to ensure any problems or concerns are identified at an early stage, recommendations made and action taken to address the issues. A complete reporting service is included.

We use an appropriate combination of methods to collect data for evaluating effectiveness of any aspect of a training programme including the quality system, learning or materials developed and assessment procedures. This will include questionnaires, verbal feedback, measurements of key work activities and data from agreed performance indicators.

Our expertise in quality systems will provide a benchmark for the evaluation.
