There is a vast array of funding sources available to support training initiatives. However, securing funding is complex and can be bewildering for those new to the field.
As part of our consultancy service and in the process of developing a training programme for you, we will help you understand the complexities of funding initiatives and offer advice on how you might obtain financial help to support your programme.
SCE Enterprise offer a full Managing Agency Service covering all aspects of training and administration associated with Government Funded Programmes. These include Modern Apprenticeships, Vocational Qualifications and 'Get Ready for Work' programmes.
SCE Enterprise is an approved centre to offer training under the ILA Scotland Scheme. ILA Scotland is a simple way to get up to £200 per year towards the cost of learning something new. It is a Scottish Executive scheme for anyone who earns £15,000 or less per year or is on benefits. As long as study is part-time and meets certain eligibility criteria we can provide a wide choice of learning whether it is just of interest, to help in career advancement or for personal development.
We are also an approved learning provider for the Armed Forces Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme. We can offer a wide range of learning opportunities across a range of occupational areas. The Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme (ELC) has been launched as a new educational initiative. The Scheme provides financial support to eligible Service personnel who wish to enhance their educational or vocational achievements at Level 3 or above on the National Qualification Framework.
