Stevenson College Edinburgh is the lead college in a collaborative project with Stow, Fife and Anniesland Colleges to enhance links between Further Education Colleges and the Financial Services Sector.

The project objectives are as follows:

• To map existing qualifications offered by FE and identify how they fit with the needs of the financial sector
• To develop relationships in the financial services sector and raise awareness of what is available and what could be available
• To work with SQA to develop qualifications that Professional Bodies will recognise. The focus of these developments will be at entry level and are expected to be appropriate for school-college vocational programmes, school leavers, return to work adults and those seeking occupational change
• To explore opportunities for credit and accreditation of in-house provision offered by Financial Services companies.
